This session centered around the youngest little fellow of the family, as he has just turned one. He’s already managed to cruise along and pick up speed when his brothers come running by. He obviously is eager to join them in their fun and the two older boys are realizing how much fun it is to have another playmate. They all had a fabulous time climbing and playing throughout our session as I captured their expressions.
This family is so pleased to welcome a little boy into their lives. Older sister loves him like crazy. When we offered to let her hold her brother for a few of the photos, she held out her arms with excited anticipation. She snuggled him, kissed and watched over him, making sure that he was entertained with silly faces and rubbed his head to calm him down when he began to fuss. It’s amazing that she has grown so much since the first time I photographed her, at the same age that her brother is now!

This little guy is just about to turn one! He’s busy walking along furniture, laughing, clapping his hands and being the sweetest little baby. His toothy grin and his curious gaze, along with his unique expressions and smiles make for delightful images. His parents are so pleased to have a little boy to snuggle, they happily watch as he explores the extensive landscaped gardens on the grounds of their home, and discover his personality as he becomes a toddler.

Now that spring has officially arrived and the flowers are glorious, it was imperative that we capture the two little girly girls of this family with the blooms. Their soft curls and bright eyes glowed in the morning misty light as we played near the lake under some lovely cherry trees. The girls thought it was great fun to be held up and shake the branches and watch the petals rain like snow. Grandma and Grandpa joined us partway through the session and literally brought baskets of fun, from bubbles to stuffed toys. It was so sweet to see them actively involved with their granddaughters and we captured some great candid shots of the group enjoying each others’ company. Thanks again!

Spring has arrived and the flowers are blooming, and the weather is temperate. It has allowed me to get back outdoors for the majority of sessions and use the beauty of nature as a backdrop. This sweet little girl is 6 months old and pleasant as can be. Her curious big eyes and cute smiles light up her parents lives. She allowed us to dress her up, play with her and take her on a walk to a lake, explore flowers and leaves and took it all in stride. Her cheerful disposition made photographing her a joy! Thanks again for the lovely session.
